Forum Section Merge

The "Support" section of the forum was not only very lonely at the bottom of the screen, but it also had almost no posts. Game Support had 1 thread and Web Support had about 8. I destroyed these sections and merged them with "Games" and "GameBrewers" respectively. All of the topics are still there, just in the other section.
