Drop-Down Menus and Projects Page

I just implemented drop-down menus for this site, which gives it a cleaner look. Unfortunately now the font is all wonky and huge on the forums. Don't worry, I'll get it working normally soon, for now, wear backwards-magnifying glasses while browsing the forums. I will also create an About page shortly.
